GUEST PREACHER ~ Sunday, May 18th

We will welcome Ron Charette, Executive Director of the South Worcester Neighborhood Center, as our guest preacher on Trinity Sunday, May 18th, at both the 8 AM and 10 AM Masses.  Ron has been associated with the Neighborhood Center for over 30 years, and is a strong advocate for the people of South Worcester.  Saint Matthew’s has had a long connection with Neighborhood Center, which at one time was housed in our building!  Come and learn more about the mission of the South Worcester Neighborhood Center, and how we can support their much-needed services to our community! (The Vestry has designated the loose plate offering at all services on May 17 & 18 for South Worcester Neighborhood Center.  Please be generous!)

SAINT MATTHEW’S WELCOMES BLACKSTONE VALLEY COMMUNITY CHURCH!

On Sunday afternoon, January 20, 2008, Blackstone Valley Community Church, under the leadership of Pastor Hector Quinones, began holding worship services at Saint Matthew’s in the Parish Hall.  Blackstone Valley Community Church had been meeting in Sutton, but because its membership is drawn from a large area of central Massachusetts, it seemed sensible to Pastor Quinones to seek space in a more central and easily accessible location, such as Saint Matthew’s!

Please welcome Pastor Quinones and parishioners!
